Who are we?
The River of Life Christian Centre, "The River" is located in Hartcliffe on the south side of the City of Bristol, England. It stands as a bold symbol of what God is doing in communities such as Hartcliffe. Built in 2000/2001, the building replaced a rather tired worn-down smaller building called the Hartcliffe Christian Fellowship, which had faithfully served the community for 30 years.
Praise God for all he has achieved during that time!
The River Of Life Church is firmly based on Biblical principles and practice.
We are a lively family-orientated church made up of all ages. where the membership reflects our approach to preaching the word of God, Evangelism, and Outreach, as such our members are at various stages of their walk with Almighty God. And at the "River," we look ever forward and strive to walk humbly with Him daily!
Our original roots were Brethren, and to this day we passionately love and believe the Scriptures, as God's revealed Truth to mankind.
At the River of Life Church we provide a full range of Ministries, Activities and Events combined with accessible, relevant Bible and practical teaching. We also offer help, hope and encouragement to people of all ages regardless of cultural background, circumstances and/or life challenges.
