Serving those in need
We quietly offer help in many needy circumstances; some close to home and many far away. We do this naturally because it reflects the heart of God. All this happens quietly, to protect the privacy of the recipient, but it amounts to a substantial ministry.
Most of our activities don't make any charge; but the couple that do charge a weekly "subscription" put all the income into our "Community Jar". These funds and others are then used to support our humanitarian giving, including the offer of occasional free meals for those in need who come into the Coffee Shop.
In addition to these "one-off" gifts, we provide regular help to a small number of humanitarian needs:
Sponsorship of 3 children abroad
We support three children abroad in their spiritual, social and welfare needs.
