LIVELY Style and LIVING Purpose
The "River" is a totally Christian church where the Bible is preached and taught, where all the attention is on God. We see ourselves simply as servants of God. Our worship is lively, declarative and vertical. We proclaim the healing, saving power of the Blood of Jesus and the Father's Plan of Salvation. We are open to new moves from God, by the Holy Spirit, but everything is tested against Scripture. God gets all the glory for what He is achieving in people's lives.
This "God's eye view" shows a place where He has chosen to be represented by His people - a place where His glory is evident, His love demonstrated, where salvation and forgiveness through Jesus Christ is preached, the bible is taught, and the Holy Spirit is given total freedom.
