Blankets for Israel
Practical love to poor Israeli families
A group of people from the River and from the local
community meet on Mondays, 11:30am to have
fellowship and to knit blankets for poor Israeli children
So far (June 2018) we've sent to poor Israeli families:
490 blankets, 120 woollen hats, 2 ponchos,
10 hat/scarf sets and 12 "prem" hats
We were recently encouraged when a pastor of a messianic fellowship in Israel sent a letter saying that when he was out one day he saw one of the children with his blanket and mum said that he takes it to school with him. How amazing!
