Taiwan
We had the great joy of welcoming Pastor Yeh among us on Sunday January 23rd 2010.
This was an unexpected pleasure and surprise from the Lord, we didn't meet him until two days previous.
What a lovely man of God.
He spoke first to the children and youth on the need to "Dwell" in the Lord, and then prayed a blessing over them all.
The adults heard him tell his story, how for so long he tried to managae without God in his life, then turned to Him in an hour of great need - and everything changed - for the better, of course.
He drew from Psalms 2 and 91, and Luke 15 for his preaching which varied between using his native tongue with an intepreter, and speaking directly in English. A memorable morning - all glory be to Him who loves us !
We were so pleased to welcome Justin and Deborah (centre of picture) among us from Taiwan today (May 16th 2010) who came to us from Pastor Yeh's church. They both spoke beautifully and brought such encouragement to us all.
